1. What this covers
This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data held by CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC: purchase records, support conversations and any data received through our Facebook pages, Instagram accounts or our apps on the Meta platform (for example, messages you sent us). See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to info@cvrdigitalventures.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email address you used to buy and, if it applies, your Facebook or Instagram username. You can also write to us through the channels listed on our Customer Support page.
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and delete your data within 30 days. We send you a confirmation code when it is done. We only keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices and payment records for tax purposes), and we keep it only for the time the law requires.
4. Removing app access
You can also remove access for any of our apps at any time from your Facebook settings: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then select the app and choose Remove.
