1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect the data you provide when purchasing: name, email, phone (if entered), country and the billing details required by the payment processor. We also log technical data about the visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and statistics.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to process the purchase, deliver the product, provide support, issue receipts, prevent fraud and, if you agreed, send you communications about our products (you can unsubscribe at any time).

4. Third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to operate: the payment processor (Stripe), the technology platform that hosts the stores and checkouts (Impultienda Digital), email services and analytics/advertising tools. We do not sell your data.

5. Security

Payments are processed on PCI DSS certified platforms; we do not store your card details. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS.

6. Messages on Facebook and Instagram

When you message or comment on our Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts (for example @mentescuriosas.kids), our customer support application receives, through Meta's platforms, the text of your message or comment, any attachments, the date, the conversation identifier and your public name or username. We use this only to reply to you: sending access to your purchase, answering questions, and handling refunds or complaints. We only reply to people who wrote to us first, never send unsolicited promotional messages, and do not share these conversations with third parties. We keep them for up to 12 months. To have them deleted, follow our data deletion instructions.

7. Retention

We keep purchase data for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the legal periods required for invoicing and fraud prevention; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and object to marketing communications, by writing to info@cvrdigitalventures.com. We respond within the applicable legal deadlines.
