2. Nature of our products
CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC sells digital products only: ebooks, illustrated encyclopedias and step-by-step guides delivered as PDF. Delivery is electronic and immediate, by a secure download link sent by email. Nothing is shipped and, because the content is delivered instantly, products cannot be physically returned.
3. Refunds and disputes
7-day money-back guarantee. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee counted from the purchase date. Within that period you may request a refund of the amount paid by writing to info@cvrdigitalventures.com from the email used at checkout and quoting your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. After the guarantee period no refunds are issued, as these are digital products with immediate access.
We also refund, without further conditions, any duplicate charge or verifiable billing error, and any charge for a product you were never given access to because of an error on our side.
4. Before opening a dispute
If you do not recognize a charge or something went wrong with your purchase, please contact us first at info@cvrdigitalventures.com: we reply within 24 hours and can refund you directly without you having to open a dispute with your bank. The charge appears on your statement as "MENTES CURIOSAS STORE".
5. Delivery policy
Immediately after your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a secure link to download or access your purchase. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.
If you do not receive access within a few minutes of paying, check your spam or promotions folder and, if it is still missing, write to info@cvrdigitalventures.com from the email used at checkout: we will resend the link or grant access manually.
6. Cancellations
All our products are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges to cancel. An order can be cancelled and refunded within the 7-day guarantee period described above.
7. Eligibility and restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, use of someone else's payment method or a breach of these terms; in that case the amount charged is refunded.
8. Promotions and limited-time offers
Discounts, crossed-out prices, countdown timers, optional add-ons ("add to your order") and offers shown after payment are limited-time promotions. The price you pay is always the one displayed at checkout when you confirm, in the currency shown.
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, may end without notice and do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases. Included bonuses have no cash value and are not refunded separately.
