What to include in your message

• The email address you used to purchase (please write from it if you can).
• The order number from your receipt, and the date of purchase.
• The name of the product and the store where you bought it.
• A description of the issue; screenshots help us solve it faster.

Common requests

I did not receive my download link

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, write to us with the email you purchased with and we will resend it or grant access manually within 24 hours.

I want to request a refund

Every purchase has a 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. Write to us from the checkout email with your order number; approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Read the Refund Policy for the full terms.

I do not recognise a charge

Our charges appear on your statement as MENTES CURIOSAS STORE. If you do not recognise one, write to us with the amount and date before opening a dispute with your bank: we will identify it and, if it is an error, refund it right away.

I was charged for an add-on I did not want

Optional add-on ebooks are offered at checkout and after payment, each with its own price, and are charged only when accepted. If one was added by mistake, write to us within the 7-day guarantee and we refund it.
