Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

This website and the sale of its products are operated by CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, located at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, United States. You can reach us at info@cvrdigitalventures.com or by WhatsApp at +39 338 246 5365.

2. No subscriptions or recurring charges

Every product we sell is a one-time purchase. We do not sell subscriptions, memberships, free trials or plans that renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges: you will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.

3. Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order and receive a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To do so, write to info@cvrdigitalventures.com from the email used at checkout (or by WhatsApp at +39 338 246 5365) with your order number and the words "cancel my order". We confirm the cancellation within 24 hours and refund the amount to the original payment method; the bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. Access to the product is removed after the refund.

4. Optional add-ons

Add-ons offered before or after payment show their price before you accept them and are charged only when you click to accept. Each add-on is a separate one-time purchase: you can cancel any one of them on its own within the same 7-day period, without cancelling the main product.

5. Duplicate charges and errors

If you were charged twice, charged for something you did not accept, or never received access, write to us: we cancel and refund it in full, at any time, without further conditions.

6. Customers in the EU and UK

Under EU and UK consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery starts with your prior consent, which you give at checkout by requesting immediate access. Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to that, and nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law of your country.

7. Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order where we suspect fraud, use of someone else's payment method, a purchase from a sanctioned country or person, or a breach of our Terms & Conditions. In that case the full amount is refunded.
