1. Who we are

2. Who can buy

Purchases are reserved for adults aged 18 or over who are legally able to enter into a contract and who use their own payment method. Our products are designed for children aged 6 to 12, to be used with an adult; children may not buy them on their own.

3. Sanctions and export controls

As a U.S. company, CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC complies with U.S. economic sanctions and export control laws, including the regulations administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not sell, deliver or provide services to:

• persons or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine);
• persons or entities on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or other U.S. government restricted-party lists, or owned or controlled by them.

Orders that we identify as coming from those places or persons are cancelled and refunded, and access is not granted. By buying, you confirm that you are not subject to these restrictions.

4. Nature of the content

Our products are general educational and recreational materials for families (science, history, emotions, crafts and activities). They contain no software, encryption, technical data or controlled technology and are not intended for any commercial, industrial or military use.

5. Local laws and consumer rights

Our stores are open to customers in many countries and languages. You are responsible for making sure that buying and using digital content is allowed where you live. Nothing in our policies limits the non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

6. Safety

Experiments, robot projects and crafts must always be done under the supervision of an adult, using the materials indicated and following the safety notes in each guide.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

All content is protected by copyright and licensed for personal, non-transferable, non-commercial use by the buyer's household. Reselling, sharing, uploading to other sites, translating or redistributing it in whole or in part without our written authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing law

These restrictions and our Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
