Delivery & Return Policy

1. Who we are

This website and the sale of its products are operated by CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, located at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, United States. You can reach us at info@cvrdigitalventures.com or by WhatsApp at +39 338 246 5365.

2. Digital products only

CVR DIGITAL VENTURES LLC sells digital products only: illustrated encyclopedias, ebooks, printable activity sheets and guides in PDF, some with video tutorials. We do not sell or ship physical products, so there are no shipping costs, shipping times or customs duties.

3. How delivery works

Delivery is electronic and automatic. As soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), we send an email to the address entered at checkout with:

• the order confirmation and receipt, and
• a secure link to download the PDF files or access them in our online library, where they can be read on any phone, tablet or computer, or printed at home.

Optional add-ons accepted before or after payment are delivered in the same way, in the same email or in a separate one within minutes.

4. Delivery time

Immediate: normally within 5 minutes of payment, and in every case within 24 hours. Access to the files is lifetime and includes future updates of the same product.

5. If you did not receive your order

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder and make sure the email entered at checkout was correct. If the email is still missing, write to info@cvrdigitalventures.com from the email used at checkout (or by WhatsApp) with your order number: we resend the link or grant access manually within 24 hours. If we cannot deliver the product because of an error on our side, we refund the full amount.

6. Returns

Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically returned. Instead, every purchase has a 7-day money-back guarantee counted from the purchase date: write to us within that period from the email used at checkout, quoting your order number, and we refund the amount paid to the original payment method (usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank). 7. Defective or wrong files

If a file does not open, is incomplete or is in the wrong language, tell us and we will send the correct file within 24 hours, or refund you if we cannot fix it.
